Private Views are created for internal purpose and it will be available globally. Developers can use this view to create CDS views or can also make associations with this Private view. But there is a caution provided by SAP, that it is not safer to use Private views.

In future, there could be some columns removed or added such that it may hamper our development which is dependent on this views. Its a best practice to avoid consuming Private views created by SAP or by others.
